Amanda Kielian Amanda is a Sustainability Analyst for FCS. She joined the Environmental, Social, and Governance team in October, 2015 and primarily works on CDP assessments and scoring as well as various projects for the company. Amanda recently graduated from the University of Redlands with a B.S. in Environmental Science and minors in Biology and Human-Animal Studies. While in college, Amanda studied climate, environmental issues, and sustainable development abroad in both Copenhagen, Denmark as well as in Palau.

As more farmers face agricultural challenges (e.g., limited water availability, etc.) it is becoming more difficult to find organic and healthy food that is grown, harvested and sold with sustainability in mind. However, the benefits of choosing locally grown produce and sustainable foods definitely outweigh the challenges of finding it.
